From high school football fields to the frontlines of fitness, my journey as a personal trainer began with a deep-rooted passion for performance and strength. After football didn’t become a long-term path, I chose to serve in the military, where I further developed my discipline and dedication to physical training. During my time in the service, I earned multiple fitness certifications and used every opportunity to deepen my knowledge and refine my approach to results-driven training.

In addition to personal training, I have a strong background as a nutrition coach. Over the years, I’ve written hundreds of customized nutrition plans and helped countless clients transform their bodies and achieve lasting results. Since joining Trainer Connect in January of this year, I’ve focused on body transformations by combining realistic, sustainable nutrition strategies with effective strength and muscle-building programs tailored to each individual.

My coaching style is calm but firm—I bring a focused energy to every session and always prioritize safety. I believe in matching the effort and dedication my clients bring, and I’m fully invested in their success. When we train together, I’m not just your coach—I’m your partner. The more effort you put in, the more I’ll give back, and I’ll always strive to care more about your goals than you do.
