Professional Background & Experience
I’m a 25 year old NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in weight loss/hypertrophy (muscle growth) and has been doing 1 on 1 training for a year.
Education
I do have a formal Certification as a personal trainer as well as extensive research along with many personal experiences to growth my own knowledge on both resistance training paired with healthy eating habits.
Training Philosophy
– I like to put together easy to follow, personalized, adaptive fitness routines that will constantly be adjusted to each of my clients needs. I want to collaborate with everyone that I work with to make plans that they will be able to adhere to and also adjust in ways that they enjoy and benefit from the most in their times training with snd with out me.
Personal Story
– I became a trainer to be able to help anyone who wants to begin or progress their active lifestyle. I used to be about 100lbs overweight and as inactive as any ‘healthy’ male adult could be during the peak of Covid lockdowns. I decided to make healthier lifestyle choices after i decided enough was enough. After years taking small steps towards bettering my health and many ups and downs, I am continuing strong on my own journey.
Who You Work With
– The clients I have had the most success training tend to be people brand new/with little experience training, people who are trying to lose stubborn fat/excessive fat, and anyone trying to become stronger in their day to day activities and specific activities.
A Personal Touch
– When I’m not in the gym setting with or without clients, I like to go on backpacking trips, see live EDM music, Spend time with my loved, and travel. But the most unique place I’ve been to is Iceland.
